Immigration Medical Exams
Dr. Chang is a USCIS-designated civil surgeon, authorised to complete Form I-693 for adjustment of status. Exams are carried out in one visit wherever possible, with results explained to you in English or Mandarin.
- Physical examination and medical history review
- Required screening tests and laboratory work
- Vaccination record review, with any missing doses given
- Form I-693 completed and sealed for submission with your application
